Spinach Strawberry Salad
3/4 cup raw pecans. 1/2 small red onion 10oz baby spinach 1 quart strawberries hulled & quartered 3/4 crumbled feta cheese Dressing: 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 1/2 tablespoons poppyseeds 1 1/2 tablespoons honey 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper Instructions Toast the pecans: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
