If you're in the south like me, you may have a few summer peaches left!  Make this easy dessert and it will be a crowd pleaser for sure! You want to use some fresh blueberries and fresh peaches.  Get those washed, and slice up the peaches. This recipe is so great because you can use any type of fruit!

Back up!  First preheat your oven to 400 degrees.  I always forget that!

Then after your fruit is prepped take your thawed puff pastry out and roll it a little bigger on a floured surface.

Next, cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper.  Spread both sheets of frozen puff pastry next to each other to create one large sheet.

Then, in a small bowl, combine cream cheese, white sugar and vanilla. whisk until combined.  It may look a little clumpy, but that’s ok. It may look unappetizing, but it has cream cheese in it, so its gotta be good!

It also won’t look like a lot, but its fine.  You are going to carefully spread it over the puff pastry in a thin layer.  Leave about a 1 inch border around the edge! Arrange peaches and blueberries however you’d like on top of the cream cheese.  This is how I did it.

Then, sprinkle the top with brown sugar.  Bake for 30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown!

When it comes out of the oven, brush with melted butter and cut into squares to serve.
