If you need a simple meal for a weeknight, this is an excellent choice! It’s quick to prepare and full of flavor. Plus, if you have picky eaters, they can customize their own bowl!


Make sure to have all your ingredients ready in advance, as this recipe moves quickly. Begin by sautéing the garlic in oil, then add the ginger and beef. After the beef is browned, incorporate all the flavorful seasonings and allow it to simmer while you get your bowl ingredients ready.


This is a convenient time to use leftover rice or start cooking some rice while you're browning your meat.
